deborah lippmann "almost paradise" + essence "movie star"

the tracking for my deborah lippmann polishes said the estimated delivery was march 19th, so imagine my surprise when they were at my doorstep after a enjoyable afternoon at the mall!

i got "footloose" and "almost paradise" on clearance from the home shopping network for 16 dollars [plus shipping]. can you spy another polish i picked up today in the background? :P.

 this is 3-4 coats of AP. that seems like a lot, and it's kind of a pain to get it even, but i feel like it's worth it! the color is absolutely stunning!

and i finally decided to whip out my dotting tools and give them a try. i don't think i sucked too bad! though i promptly messed them up in the shower, ha. the grey color is "movie star" by essence.
